As the private sector representative at the NAC’s IEC/CCM Committee, we invite you to participate in the World AIDS Day 2020. The NAC believes that raising awareness, providing crucial education, and combating stigma is critical to achieving the Sustainable Development Goal of an AIDS-free generation by 2030.
HIV stigma drives acts of discrimination in all sectors of society, including health care, education, the workplace, the justice system, families, and communities.
That said, this World AIDS Day, in the spirit of “Global Solidarity, Shared Responsibility”, we hope to encourage people to pledge to #endHIVstigmaanddiscrimination by partaking in the World AIDS Day activity. See flyer below.
