Event Description
This workshop will cover the fundamental etiquette of email and telephone in the hospitality industry. Participants will learn proper greetings, holding, and transfer procedures. In addition, participants will learn techniques for sending and receiving emails in a professional manner. By the end of the workshop, participants should be able to understand why telephone etiquette is important in their job; project a professional image on the phone when making and receiving calls; handle holds, transfers, and voicemail effectively; deal properly with difficult callers; and conclude calls successfully.
