The Chamber of Commerce, Industries and Agriculture of Panama is pleased to invite our members to the EXPOCOMER 2020, a trade fair that has an important exhibition area and business conferences. This event will take place from June 3rd to 6th, 2020, at the Panama Convention Center – Amador.

Within the framework of the exhibition the Chamber will host the VII International Business Round table to allow business contacts with the more than five hundred (500) national and international exhibitors present. Time and date to be announced soon.

Considering the opportunities that this could represent, a formal invitation is extended to our members participate as an international buyer. Within the framework of the event participants can expand their contact portfolio and, mainly, buy products and services offered by exhibitors from more than 30 countries.

Expocomer 2020 will have the following categories:

• Textiles, Clothing and Accessories
• Food, Beverages and Agricultural Products
• Technology and Electronics

International buyers have the following incentives to participate in the business conferences that take place within the framework of EXPOCOMER 2020:

• Discounts on air tickets purchased via Copa Airlines. A discount code will be provided once the participation is confirmed.

• * 2 nights / 3 days of lodging and taxes (In Panama City in a hotel selected by EXPOCOMER).

• Daily breakfasts included in the reservation.

• Coffee break at the grounds

• ** Transfers Airport – Hotel – Airport (for groups, minimum of 10 people, if arriving on the same flight).

• *** Transfers Hotel – Convention Center – Hotel

• Cash per diem, in the amount of US $ 100.00 for one (1) representative per company, which will be delivered once they meet the scheduled appointments program on the event platform. The schedule established for the delivery of this benefit is 8:00 p.m.

• Free accreditation for the International Business Round

• Assistance from the Business Center for “matchmaking” with the exhibitors.

• Courtesy passes for special events: National Award for Business Innovation and Networking.

* The dates of hotel reservations processed by the Organizing Committee may not be modified.

** To apply for the benefits the group must arrive and leave on the same dates, on the same flight. Individual transfers will not be made.

*** Transportation will be available in the hotel lobby at set times to transfer groups. Individual transfers will not be made.
